HB 829 -- Hate Crimes

This bill expands the provision regarding hate crimes to include
any person who is targeted because of his or her identification
with any specified group.  Currently, the crime must have been
motivated by the race, color, religion, national origin, sex,
sexual orientation, or disability of the victim.
