HB 839 -- Tax Credits

Currently, certain corporations can receive a tax credit for
investing in or relocating a business to a distressed community.
This bill expands the term "computer programming" corporation to
include Internet, web hosting, and other information technology
and expands the term "telecommunications" corporation to include
wireless, wired, or other telecommunications corporations
allowing these corporations to receive a tax credit.
