HB 85 -- Deployment of Health Care Professionals

Sponsor:  Jackson

This bill creates immunity from certain civil liabilities for
health care professionals who are deployed to provide care during
a state of emergency.  It also requires the Department of Health
and Senior Services and the Division of Professional Registration
to release contact information and licensure or certification
information relating to health care professionals to state,
local, and private agencies to facilitate their deployment.
