HB 862 -- Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles

This bill adds failing to yield the right-of-way to an emergency
vehicle and failing to yield the right-of-way to an emergency
vehicle by eluding the police to the list of acts for which
points will be assessed against a driver's license.
