HB 888 -- Peace Officers

This bill allows the Peace Officer Standards and Training
Commission to discipline peace officers for engaging in acts of
gross misconduct which indicate an inability to function as a
peace officer.  The commission is allowed to inform prospective
employers of an applicant's prior employment with law enforcement
agencies.
