HB 893 -- Public Rights-of-Way

This bill permits any telecommunications corporation or company;
Internet service provider; company supplying voice-over Internet
protocol, electronic data, Internet, or broadband access;
satellite television or satellite dish provider; gas corporation;
public water or sewer district; water corporation; sewer
corporation; electric corporation; or cable television company to
place facilities or systems within the right-of-way of any state
highway, county road, or other political subdivision.
