HB 915 -- Local Sales Tax for Certain Public Safety Functions

This bill authorizes municipalities in St. Louis County to
impose, upon voter approval, a local sales tax up to .5% to
improve public safety in the municipalities.  Pooling of the tax
revenues is allowed among the municipalities, based on their
population.
