HB 945 -- Methamphetamine Fines and Forfeitures

Sponsor:  Corcoran

This bill requires fines and forfeitures collected in
prosecutions involving methamphetamine to be allocated to the
school districts in the county in which the prosecution was
conducted.  Any money collected by a school district through
these methamphetamine fines and forfeitures will not be counted
as a deduction in the state's school funding formula.
