HB 963 -- Missouri Alternatives to Abortion Program

This bill establishes the Missouri Alternatives to Abortion
Program.  The Department of Social Services and/or the Department
of Health and Senior Services will develop an advertising
campaign publicizing alternatives to abortion.  The department or
departments to which the program is assigned are required to
prioritize federal, public, and private moneys so that they are
used first to fund this program.  This program and its funds will
not be used to perform, induce, or assist in abortions.
