HB 97 -- Underage Drinking

This bill makes it a crime for an owner or possessor of real
property to fail to take reasonable steps to prevent a minor from
purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol, nonintoxicating
beer, or a controlled substance on their property.  The offense
is a class B misdemeanor.
