HJR 14 -- Term Limits

Sponsor:  Brown (30)

This proposed constitutional amendment prohibits any person from
being elected Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney
General, or State Auditor more than twice.  No person who has
held the office of or acted as Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of
State, Attorney General, or State Auditor for more than two years
of another person's term may be elected more than once.
