HJR 21 -- Property Tax on Rental and Lease Merchandise

This proposed constitutional amendment exempts, upon voter
approval, merchandise or inventory for rental or lease by
distributors, wholesalers, or retail merchants from property
taxation under Article X, Section 6, of the Missouri
Constitution.
