HJR 26 -- Funding for Education

This proposed constitutional amendment directs, upon voter
approval, one-half of the conservation sales tax revenue to the
Public School Fund, beginning January 1, 2009.  Beginning in
November of 2016, the measure must be approved by voters every 10
years.
