HCS HB 108 -- COPAYMENTS FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS (Schaaf) COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN: Health Care Policy This substitute specifies that if the usual and customary retail price of a prescription drug is less than the copayment applied by a health maintenance organization or health insurer, then the enrollee is only required to pay the usual and customary retail price of the prescription drug. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on General Revenue Fund in FY 2006, FY 2007, and FY 2008.
