HB 343 -- COUNTY BUDGET OFFICERS (Baker, 123)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Local Government

This bill designates the presiding commissioners of Cass and Cole
counties as the county budget officer.  Currently, the county
auditor serves as the budget officer.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2006, FY 2007, and
FY 2008.
