HB 738 -- REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS (Behnen)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Professional Registration and Licensing

This bill requires applicants for a real estate appraiser's
license to complete all the necessary experience requirements
within two years of passing the qualifying exam.  Currently,
applicants are allowed three years to complete these
requirements.

The bill contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2006, FY 2007, and
FY 2008.
