HB 395 -- PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY DISTRICTS

Currently, public water supply district boards which are
dependent upon purchases of water to meet their needs are allowed
to sell all or part of their district property to cities owning
waterworks systems.  This bill extends that power to all public
water supply districts.
