SCS HCS HB 47 -- CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICTS

This bill requires trustees of consolidated public library
districts to reside in the library district as well as in the
county they represent on the district board.  Trustees in office
as of August 28, 2005, who reside outside the district will be
deemed to have vacated their trusteeships, and successors will be
appointed.
