AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a certain highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.367, to read as follows:

            227.367. The portion of highway 370 in St. Louis County and St. Charles County from the intersection of Interstate 270, west to the intersection of Interstate 70, shall be designated the "Officer Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by the Bridgeton Optimist Club.
