AN ACT

To amend chapter 58, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to reporting and registering all deputy coroners and assistant coroners to the Missouri coroners' and medical examiners' association.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 58, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 58.165, to read as follows:

            58.165. All deputy coroners and assistants to the coroner in all counties in this state shall be registered with the executive director of the Missouri coroners' and medical examiners' association immediately after being appointed but prior to discharging and exercising any duties or powers of the coroner.
