AN ACT

To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to state emblems.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.043, to read as follows:

            10.043. The Menfro soil, scientifically designated as fine-silty, mixed, mesic Typic Hapludalfs, is hereby selected for, and shall be known as, the official soil of the state of Missouri.
