AN ACT

To amend chapter 41, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a national guard armory.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 41, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 41.674, to read as follows:

            41.674. The active national guard armory located in or nearest to Pierce City, Lawrence County, shall be designated as the "Lawrence A. Witt" national guard armory.
