HB 3 -- Personal Information on the Internet

Sponsor:  Pratt

This bill prohibits any person from knowingly posting the home
address, Social Security number, or telephone number of any
person on the Internet with the intent of causing imminent great
bodily harm or threatening to cause imminent great bodily harm to
the person.  Any person who violates this provision is guilty of
a class C misdemeanor.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
