HB 1033 -- Sales Tax for Women's Shelter

This bill authorizes Pulaski County to impose, upon voter
approval, a sales tax of one-eighth of 1% to fund construction of
a women's and children's shelter.  The sales tax will expire
three years after its effective date unless repealed sooner.
