HB 1114 -- State Purchasing

This bill requires that all state service contracts awarded after
August 28, 2006, specify that employees of the contractor or any
subcontractor be citizens of the United States or persons
authorized to work in the United States pursuant to federal law.
State agencies are prohibited from awarding contracts to vendors
who contemplate performing work, or having a subcontractor
perform work, outside the United States unless the vendor is a
foreign firm hired to market Missouri services or products in
another country.
