HB 1136 -- School Funding Adjustments

Sponsor:  Ervin

This bill removes the proportional adjustment in state aid for
diminishing enrollment in summer school and gifted programs.

The bill contains an emergency clause.  Its effective date will
coincide with the effective date of the funding formula adopted
last session.
