HB 1164 -- Library Districts

Sponsor:  Myers

This bill authorizes the governing bodies of New Madrid County
and the cities of Sikeston and Miner to require by ordinance or
order that any library fees paid to any library district of which
the county or city is a part must be designated solely to
libraries within that county or city.  The ordinance or order
will not become effective unless approved by a public vote.
