HB 1195 -- Statewide School Activities Associations

This bill prohibits public schools from joining or retaining
membership in any statewide activities association that has rules
which would prevent any public school student from participating
in school sports at the school where they pay tuition or any
public school student with good attendance from participating in
any school activity at the school where they pay tuition.
