HB 1209 -- Political Subdivision Notice Requirements

This bill requires the Office of Information Technology within
the Office of Administration to establish and maintain an
Internet web site by January 1, 2007, for the posting by any
political subdivision of all public notices required by law.
These notices may also be published in the manner otherwise
prescribed by law.
