HB 1230 -- Hunting and Fishing Licenses and Permits

This bill eliminates the requirement that military personnel and
members of the Missouri National Guard or the United States
Reserves who are residents of Missouri must pay a fee to obtain a
Missouri hunting or fishing license or permit.
