HB 1231 -- Bright Flight Scholarship Program

Currently, the academic scholarship program known as Bright
Flight may be used only at higher education institutions in
Missouri.  This bill permits a student to use the scholarship at
an out-of-state institution when the desired program of study is
not available at any Missouri public college or university.
