HB 1291 -- Health Care Providers

Sponsor:  Kingery

This bill requires health care providers to notify patients when
referring them to an out-of-network provider so that the patient
may choose a different one in his or her network.  If no network
provider is available, the services will be provided at no
additional cost beyond what the patient would have paid within
the network.
