HB 1294 -- Transporting a Child Without Consent

Sponsor:  Wildberger

This bill creates the crime of transporting a child without
parental consent when a person transports a child younger than 17
years of age out of the state, without written consent of the
child's parent or legal guardian, for the purpose of committing a
crime with the child as the victim or a participant of that
crime.  The crime will be a class C felony.
