HB 1325 -- 26th Judicial Circuit

This bill authorizes the addition of one circuit court division
in the 26th Judicial Circuit.  The proposed circuit judge
position will be filled by gubernatorial appointment initially,
then elected in 2010 for a term beginning in 2011.
