HB 1329 -- Unlawful Credit Card Practices

This bill makes it a class A misdemeanor for a credit card issuer
to increase interest rates or impose fees because a card holder
makes only the minimum payment, fails to make timely payments to
any other creditor, or because of his or her indebtedness.
