HB 1334 -- Missouri Medicaid Benefits

This bill makes persons who have been diagnosed with cancer
eligible for Missouri Medicaid benefits, including those who have
been diagnosed with breast and cervical cancer and are currently
ineligible.  Any medical assistance provided in this provision is
subject to appropriation, upon waivers of the requirements under
the federal Social Security Act.
