HB 1352 -- External Cardiac Defibrillators in Schools

Sponsor:  Pratt

This bill requires school districts to place an automated
external cardiac defibrillator in each high school, make a
defibrillator available when a school athletic event is held
off-site, and ensure that sufficient personnel are trained in its
use.  The person operating the device and the school or school
district will not be liable for any damages resulting from its
use under certain conditions specified in the bill.
