HB 1372 -- Prohibition of Alcohol on Capitol Grounds

This bill prohibits, beginning January 1, 2007, the possession or
consumption of alcohol in the State Capitol building or on the
State Capitol grounds.  The prohibition may be suspended for
special events by executive order.
