HB 1376 -- Special Needs Adoption Tax Credit

This bill changes the laws regarding the special needs adoption
tax credit.

Beginning July 1, 2006, the bill requires at least 50% of the tax
credits allowed to be allocated for the adoption of special needs
children who are wards or residents of Missouri.  No tax credit
will be allowed for special needs children adopted outside the
United States.
