HB 1402 -- College Athletics

This bill requires, beginning with the 2007-08 school year, every
Missouri institution of higher education that participates in a
National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) division I sport
to schedule a contest each year in that sport with every other
in-state school with the same NCAA division I sport.  A dispute
over the location of the first year's contest will be settled by
scheduling the contest at the University of Missouri site and
alternate sites in the following years.
