HB 1404 -- Human Immunodeficiency Virus

This bill makes it a class A misdemeanor for a patient, or the
parents or legal guardians of a minor child, to fail to disclose
to any health care professional before services are rendered that
the patient is infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
