HB 1561 -- Used Car Dealer Training

This bill requires that beginning August 28, 2006, every
applicant for a used car dealer's license must submit proof that
he or she has completed, within the last 12 months, an
educational seminar approved by the Department of Revenue.
Exemptions to the training provision are specified.
