HB 1573 -- Voter Registration

This bill allows a person registering to vote to present a valid
Missouri nondriver's license or passport.  A valid Missouri
driver's license will continue to be allowed, but birth
certificates, tribal documents, and other forms of personal
identification will no longer be acceptable for the purpose of
voter registration.
