HB 1590 -- Emergency Vehicles

This bill specifies that a driver must yield the right-of-way to
a wrecker or tow truck while parked or performing emergency
service.  A driver of an emergency vehicle may park or stand
irrespective of any state or city traffic or zoning ordinance.
