HB 1633 -- Appropriation Payments Transfer

This bill transfers various existing appropriation payments in
the Office of Administration to the Department of Corrections and
the Office of State Courts Administrator.

Funds can be appropriated to the Commissioner of the Office of
Administration for grants to public television stations, as
defined in the bill.  The amount appropriated cannot be more than
50 cents multiplied by the population of the state.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
