HB 1641 -- Children Riding on Motorcycles

This bill prohibits a child from riding as a passenger on a
motorcycle unless the child is at least eight years of age.

Any person convicted of transporting a child on a motorcycle in
violation of this provision will be guilty of a class C
misdemeanor.
