HB 1654 -- Renewal of Sales Tax Licenses

Sponsor:  Sutherland

This bill requires a two-year renewal of a retail sales tax
license with the Department of Revenue.  Any tax delinquencies
including interest and penalties must be paid before a license
can be renewed.
