HB 1771 -- Sexual Offenders Sponsor: Casey This bill prohibits sexual offenders from entering public or private elementary or secondary school property or attending officially sanctioned school activities or events without the consent of the school's principal or head administrator if the victim of the crime for which the sexual offender must register was younger than 17 years of age at the time of the offense.
