HB 1794 -- Drug Use by Employees

Sponsor:  Tilley

This bill requires that a confirmation test for the presence of
blood alcohol or a controlled substance be given to an employee
who tested positive on his or her initial test.  A positive
result for the confirmation test for alcohol will be
two-hundredths of 1% or more by weight, and a positive result for
carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol will be 15 nannograms per milliliter
or more.
