HB 1815 -- Common Carriers of Household Goods

This bill allows a common carrier of household goods to request
rate adjustments from the Highways and Transportation Commission
to reflect increases and decreases in the carrier's cost.  The
filing of applications will be governed by the rules that are
similar to those required by electrical, gas, or water companies.
